Shelter beside the Railway

They have been living here last 30 years, some of them 20 years and some are only 10year’s.They have on shelter in this city without this place. Some they told this shelter need a shelter.












They work in a brick field, ship breaking yards or as a vehicle driver. They live from hand to mouth and choose living place beside railway station as a shelter.

No education and unhealthy environment pushed them unknown future. They live very risky life some of slum people died under the train while they are crossing the railway.
This is their last shelter.

Fisher man on the mangrove forest

My Beautyful Bngladesh known as a country of river bank, known as a colourful land,and known as a evergreen world. The most evergreen part of my country is Mangrove forest. People of the village beside the mangrove forest live from hand to mouth. Some of them are boat man, Fisher man, Wood cutter and many more job to live their life.




I’m mainly interested about illegal fisher man on the mangrove forest. How they deal with life, Every moment they afraid about pairets. But the funny thing is they are not afraid about security person,Because they are very friendly with good dealings ($$$$$$$$)!!!!!!


“End of the day fisher man get hope for the next day.
As they know that this is the black unknown future.”

I asked another question if you are collecting those fish on that way, there will
be no more fish in this river area,what you will do that time?
Fisher man smile and said to me “Before abolishion of the fishes we all will be dead”.




To make this reportage I don’t have any source. I just start my travel to mangrove With two student of oslo university college. On the forest I meet with so many fisherman and they was telling their own story themselve. I asked one of the fisher man why u came here as u know this is lilegal? They answer, we get much more fish than other place bacause this place is restricted and not so well known to other fisherman.




There is no staging on my story, I don’t belive in that way. No hidden record, My image will tell you the story and ofcourse sometimes need to read the text to understand my story.


That’s was long coversation between me and fisher man.




Ethical challenges about that little bit confused !!!!!!!!! Need more work to do.
